The program was "The Bicentennial of Lafayette's Farewell Tour of the United States, Including His Stop at Cape Girardeau, Missouri," presented by Senior U. S. District Court Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. The presentation has been very well-received when presented at other venues.
